Return Policy

At Juiced Apparel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please review our return policy below.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns Accepted – We accept returns on unused, unworn, and unwashed items within 14 days of delivery.
  • Exchanges – If you need a different size or item, you can request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Sale Items Are Final – Items marked as final sale or purchased during a clearance event cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return & Exchange Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached).
  • The return must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at juicedapparelco@gmail.com with the subject "Return Request - Order #[Your Order Number]"
  2. Include your full name, order number, and reason for the return/exchange.
  3. If applicable, attach clear photos of any defects or incorrect items.
  4. Ship the item back to us once approved. Once received, we will process your return or exchange within 5-7 business days.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Juiced Apparel Co is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your order shows as "delivered" but you did not receive it, please contact your local carrier for assistance.
